Pluspunten

Work on a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. There is no pressure of minimum productivity. Organization is focused on providing the best patient care.

Minpunten

There is little in-depth clinical support or guidance of trauma informed therapy outside of the medical model approach. Family health benefits are terrible. I can't afford for my own children to have the same medical services that I provide to patients. Not allowed to use sick time for child illnesss. EHR is not behavioral health friendly. There have been some recent improvements but it is disorganized and cumbersome.

Hours 8-4 No weekends No holidays Hour paid lunch

Minpunten

No backing from management. Things change frequently with poor communication of changes. High turnover rate high insurance cost. Expect more and more from employees without extra compensation, incentives.
