From the moment I started working here, I've had nothing but good things to say about Chango & Co. Starting with the team, everyone is relentlessly positive and respectful of themselves, their coworkers, and our clients. It's been so nice to be surrounded by kind people who love what they do and are always looking to improve the firm's work as a collective. People truly work as a team and I always feel excited to walk into our office (which is gorgeous and inspiring in its own right) and interact with everyone. Another element that I've found completely refreshing is the firm's emphasis on having a sustainable work-life balance. Everyone really makes an effort to shut down at the end of the day, and weekends are reserved for our personal lives. There are occasions when one needs to go beyond normal working hours, but I'm always happy to do that because I know my boundaries are respected the other 99% of the time. And, as an introvert, being able to work from home two days per week really helps me reset myself and make sure that I come to the office feeling refreshed and ready to tackle any meetings that I attend in person. As far as the work goes, I'm granted a wonderful amount of autonomy and feel that my contributions are valued. When I need guidance or feedback, it's always happily given to me, but otherwise, I am able to make decisions and work in an uninterrupted manner that makes me feel most productive. Overall, I couldn't be more thankful that I landed at a place like Chango. I know I am missing other "pros" to add to this list, but the above is what's most important to me. That said, bi-weekly office happy hours and "Summer Fridays " are also amazing perks that I feel grateful for.

As anyone in the design industry knows, compensation isn't always top tier but I'd trade that any day for the work-life balance that I currently have.
