Very few opportunities for promotions and if there are, there’s always someone who’s been here for longer / someone who wants to come back / someone’s mate who will get the position. Sales leader and higher ups are so ungodly out of touch it’s abysmal. No flexibility anymore, in the office 3 days a week, which costs a fortune. And when all these issues are raised we’re hit with the rebuttal “it’s worse elsewhere, count yourselves lucky”. Everybody is miserable and it shows.
