Not many to speak of. Suppose some people think of Channel 4 as a cool brand? Not sure how much longer that'll last.
Minpunten
There is a huge gap between the way Channel 4 defines itself and the way it treats its staff. Increasingly corporate, inflexible attitude. Frequent staff surveys give the impression they care what people think but then they ignore the results - e.g. with hybrid working they increased to 3 compulsory office days despite the majority preferring 2 days max. Poor communication and mismanagement of current restructure and redundancies has caused a lot of stress and low morale. A lot of uncertainty - falling ad sales, reduced output, pending sale of London HQ. All looks very bleak.
