      Pluspunten

      The CFO from Finance controls everything but knows nothing of Professional Management Technique and has zero knowledge on anything else except Accounting. There is no Admin, No HR, No Operational manager and everything goes to CFO and he takes to Owner. They save on gratuity by showing salaries as low as 500 for even managers and show the rest as Allowance.

      If something goes good, it is because CFO has performed. If something goes wrong you did it and now face the consequences. Even for going to pee you must ask CFO.

      They have a good powerful brand name in the UAE. The company is doing well and has strong revenues

      Extremely unethical management with no sense of decency or humanity Unethical business practices - Fudging Rating numbers, kickbacks to advertisers Accounting fraud, Prize Fraud, VAT Fraud No respect for employees - Shouting, screaming etc are common at the work place Random Hiring and Firing CFO is from Gujarat in India so he tends to fill most positions with people from his state Successes are all shared by everyone. Failures are attributed to one scape goat No HR Team No Gratuity - They have capped basic salary at 500-750 AED for all employees to save on gratuity. The rest of the pay is topped as OTHER. Most people are there mainly due to no choice!
