My only advice would be for Professional Service team to be more organized when in comes to implementation pipeline and telling clients to get in line for a start date. Just getting thrown in implementation while working on 4 other projects with multiple clients impacts quality of work we can deliver to clients. Get organized and focus on quality of delivery. Build a implementation queue with clients.
