Pay is not terrible, 401k match is solid, free parking, smart co-workers, tons of potential is State Street could get out of the way.
Minpunten
1. CRD doesn't exist anymore - State Street has fully taken over and that is not a good thing. 2. No more annual raises because State Street cannot afford it. 3. Internal State Street systems are almost always inaccessible 4. No more promotions until management does X number of fake interviews to check the box on DEI 5. Too much focus on ancillary software modules instead of what 99% of customers use and care about - the OMS. 6. Tons of policies/procedures made up by people at State Street who do not understand our business at all. 6. State Street personnel interfering/inserting themselves into everything we do so they can try to look good for their senior management.
