Pluspunten
- It's very obvious once you join that everyone at Charles Square is passionate about the companies success.
- At my previous job, it felt uncomfortable to speak to most of the directors. Here, staff are listened to, regardless of how high up or low down in the company hierarchy.
- Great benefits (These are limited during COVID for obvious reasons)
- Clients are seen as clients and not just a source of money.
- Enjoyable working environment

- Plenty of room to grow and improve within the company.
- The directors have a clear idea of what they want to achieve
- Exposure to more challenging tickets rather than just being stuck on very basic first line work day in and out.
- There is a good push to get engineers enrolled on training courses.
- Most employees at CSq have worked at MSP's before so are able to bring the pro's of previous workplaces to CSq without bringing any of the negatives.
Minpunten
It's difficult to list the cons. The company itself is still relatively new, so although it's found its feet, it is growing at a fast rate and a few mistakes or questionable decisions can sometimes be made. However, you will find this with any small/new company so to list them would be pointless.
The pros GREATLY outweigh the cons.
