Your job is not recognised and you can lose your bonus with no reason. If you don’t show off to the higher management or you’re not part of the small group of “privileged”, don’t even think about being promoted. Worst, you may be part of the next batch of lay offs. They’re restructuring all the time and this often goes with its set of lay offs. They try wrong strategies constantly, affecting staff stability and client service quality. If you care about your mental health, stay away from this workplace as harassment, pressure and burnouts are part of the routine.
