There is a notable failure on the part of management to acknowledge or address the mental health concerns raised by employees. The relentless pressure and lack of consideration for employees’ mental resilience contribute significantly to burnout. As you here it means you are interested or you got an offer from Checkout.com , my advice for you is to find other opportunity even with less salary, you will waste your time doing CRUD work with no creativity under unprofessional leaders , I regret every moment I spent in this company
