Management does not communicate well. Management has you working the bar and the floor at the same time, leaving you running around like a chicken trying to keep up. Management is rude and always looking over your shoulder, making the work environment tense and uncomfortable. Management is petty and rude, and frankly unfair towards his employees- especially the delivery guys.
