Get to work with children, closed for holidays,

Unorganized environment, turn over rate overwhelming to the children and teachers, lack of leadership from director and assistant director, favoritism toward others that have been there longer, terrible pay, teachers overwhelmed by unrealistic expectations.

The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

Minpunten

they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere
