unrealistic expectations, unable to decorate classrooms, minimal funding for classrooms, little-no prep time, poor communication of certain expectations, employees with poor performance have no consequences

The company does not give you a 90 day probation period, you start with great benefits and the management is awesome

Minpunten

they started to cut hours but that seems to be everywhere
