The work is interesting and people are passionate.
Minpunten
Turnover is high and it’s justified. CR is a toxic environment disguised as a friendly one: hierarchical, highly micromanaged, no work-life balance or care for people’s families/health/personal lives, racist, ableist. Several senior folks are disrespectful and borderline verbally abusive to juniors. People are overworked and burn out quickly, and CR seems fine with that.
