The salary is not bad, enough for a decent life in the city you are living, and the work-life balance is fine, you don't need work until exhausted like IBD.

Well, I have to say the payment is lower than the value of employees, and the improvement path is clear but not very smooth. Also, you can't do what you can but only do what you've been told.
