- Employee benefits are alright - Pretty flexible with the actual work you're doing

Minpunten

- Insufferable management - Garbage hours - Given availability is a suggestion - Constant staff turnover, coworkers are generally awful and sometimes actively hostile - Will not fire you, will financially choke you out until you quit - Fast-paced and exhausting work environment and almost constantly understaffed - Kitchen was frequently left dirty for opening by closing staff

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Minpunten

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
