Managers take a personal interest in ways to help you succeed and its from the ground up. Its rewarding to help people reach their goals within the company as well.

Same as any counter service Restaurant its a fast paced and sometimes stressful job.

Minpunten

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
