Everyone gets along like family. - You can be loud and active (you have to be). - The food is great. - Your position in the company is valued. - You can promote fairly easily (if you're good obviously). - Overall a great environment to work in (clean kitchen, good music, good co-workers, good food).
Minpunten
- Way too much work for basic pay (extremely high standards are asked of you). - You can be very easily let go if you mess up too much or don't meet their "13 characteristics." - There is great pressure working here, and you must be a great multi-tasker or learn to be one. - Overall, very very high expectations that you would have to convince yourself are not ridiculous.
