The pay started out at above minimum wage, and the environment was very past faced so you never get bored and time flies by. Oh, and you also get free food :)

Minpunten

Amount of work doesn't really equate to the amount that you are paid. Can also be very stressful if your team is just having an off day.

Minpunten

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
