A Hostile and Discriminatory Workplace

Working at Chipotle has been an absolute nightmare. The environment is incredibly hostile, with zero trust among employees. There is a shocking lack of competence at the management level, and corruption runs rampant. The company regularly awards contracts to their friends' companies on the 13th floor, regardless of the quality of their work. The discrimination against people of color is blatant and disturbing. There is no effort to create an inclusive or respectful workplace. Instead, people of color are consistently marginalized and overlooked for opportunities. HR will only protect valuable staff at the Director level and above. There is no use in complaining to HR. Once you see they are writing you up, make a Plan B and start looking for a new job. Also, make sure to regularly back up your mailbox to an external drive. Overall, Chipotle is a toxic workplace that fosters corruption, ruins your career and mental health, and perpetuates discrimination and systemic racism. I would strongly advise against working here.
