Extreme micromanagement across all individuals regardless of performance. Leadership became obsessed with vanity activity metrics instead of outputs.
Having to send daily checkouts of calls, call time, etc felt very elementary and weird considering the data is all in salesforce for everyone to see.
Comp plans constantly changing, with no notice we'd be told a week in to the month sometime that our commission structure will be different this month (always in a way that made it so we essentially would get a paycut)
