Pluspunten
Before the acquisition, this was the place to be. There was potential for career growth & movement within the company. The blending of two ideologies ended up being one company taking on the other's beliefs and values, which seem to be none.
Minpunten
Initially you are lured in with the promise of work-life balance. This is not so as you are not only encouraged, but expected to contribute your nights/weekends to your work. Managers are worse than catty high school girls. They are quickly offended if someone looks to leave the department they are in for potential to grow as an individual. Lack of knowledge by human resources is also an issue. After acquisition, it seems as though they either weren't given information on new procedures & guidelines or perhaps they chose not to learn it.
