To your other specific points, we are continuously evaluating our benefits as well as the pay rates. - Good people recognizing and hiring other good people to work with - Easy to reach out to leadership and HR for questions, requests, etc

- Susceptible to budget cuts passed down from customers, but they've been getting better at keeping their staff in the loop and informed as soon as possible
