The people I worked with directly were great. Good group that work hard. Some positions give tips that seemed unexpected, which is nice...

Those tips don't amount to much. Management is disconnected from the jobs and yet act like they know what it means to do it. Management often belittles employees by having to go through any task completed, checking for anything to yell about. This slowed us down a lot. Management couldn't be bothered to ask nicely a task to be done. Instead they had to get in your face and demand it right then, even if there were more important tasks to be done. Management wouldn't adhere to availability; scheduling you when you have class/second job/religion etc. Regardless of this information being very easy to access for them. No overtime. Horrid hours(closing until 5am at times). Horrid schedules, including: cancelling shifts after you already arrive; not giving enough hours; no overtime pay whatsoever.

There are almost too many to list. I'd say the most glaring is the CEO/founder. He doesn't know what the hell he is doing as head of the company. The place is basically the Titanic heading toward inevitable doom with him at the helm plugging his ears to customer complaints and touting his TOTAL B.S. "Cinetopia is the new face of movie service" (yeah, the review with this title is one he wrote - it's a dead giveaway because he misspells or misses punctuation in everything he writes AND he's been known to try and mitigate bad reviews with his own and those he recruits of his executive staff...I've seen it happen before and it's completely unprofessional and immoral). I witnessed apathetic staff in all positions in both the theater and the WAY overpriced Vinotopia restaurant. In turn, this affected customers daily and I saw so many of them unhappy and complaining about their experience - rightfully so - with little to no action by the management. The sad thing is, this place actually has potential with the right people running it and doing a little creative rebranding and cleaning up operations on all levels. Cinetopia is, at this point, waaaay off the mark of being an "upscale dinner and movie experience" as the management is forced to say under the watchful eye of Rudyard - and any self-branding of the company as a high-end movie and dinner experience couldn't be further from the truth.
