Pluspunten
If you want to put in more hours there is almost always extra money to be made to by picking up extra customer assignments. Medical coverage is great with BlueCross but a bit higher cost than average. If you get a good route, work life balance is great. Lots of low level training if you do not know anything about everything. Almost anyone with people skills and basic business sense can do the job. Never seen layoffs, even when the market went south in 2009. Products are great quality and easy to sell. You get to take home a company van (billboard sign attached).

I could write a book here. Basically Cintas is money hungry and is willing to do whatever to hit arbitrary sales goals regardless of ethics. Being a big corporation they do whatever they can to appear to be honest and forthcoming but it is not the real truth. Pay is not bad but nowhere near what they tell you that you will make. Pay cuts come randomly if management thinks you are doing too well and they will make up whatever excuse they can to say its not true. There is lettle to no appreciation shown to those that do amazing things, just a question of "Now what are you going to do next month?" Promotions only go to friends and brown nosers of management not to whom is most qualified for the job. No innovation, no team work, no help/coverage for sick or vacation time, and top heavy management that is out of touch with the customer base and front line staff.
