There are no pros, I would not recommend to anyone.

Minpunten

They have no respect for their employees, no proper training, HR does not exist, and don't ever stand up for yourself cause it will be a waste of time. They don't understand marketing at all or social media so if you know what you are doing stay away. They don't care about anyone's opinions and they talk to you like you are disposable trash.

The pay is half decent.

Minpunten

There is no organization or leadership. They fully expect you to do and learn everything on your own. There is no territory despite them telling you will have a specific territory during the hiring process. There are seasoned employees that already have all the good clients. It is a revolving door they are always hiring and firing people every few months.
