Great selection of tools, friendly people.

Minpunten

Little in house training on tools, no technical support from senior members. Bad process and no standards in place. Mostly graduates and low experienced staff, with little hands on experience. People work here for 12-18 months before moving on to better things.

Deep technical coworkers, household name customers. Boutique company so get to work on a range of interesting projects. Lab environment has all the latest tools and products to attack. Generous work from home policy. Frequent company social events. Senior management is accessible and willing to entertain well thought out ideas. Very little bureaucracy. Paid training and conferences. Performance based bonus program.

Minpunten

Peak season can mean a lot of concurrent projects. Offices in NYC and Ireland so must be comfortable with remote-first collaborative work style.
