Decent starter salary, good if you want to get into fund accountancy or the fund industry back office roles.

Minpunten

Nonexistant bonuses even in good years. Power tripping middle management, very low chance for upwards mobility internally. Managers can give feedback to employees but employees can not rate management. Hesitancy to pay overtime

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
