- Once you get the hang of things, it's easy to survive in this organisation for long.

Minpunten

- Internal mobility is no longer an attractive plus points of the company considering its shrinking presence around the world. - Pathetic bonus, with comparable "higher base salary" - Asia presence of the company is diminishing. - Pathetic pantry. At one point someone from HR tried to defend by saying "at least there's filtered water". What a joke. - Never ending transformations - senior management and organisation changes faster than a baby learning to walk.
