Very difficult to get into project even if you are technically upto date They force employees to get into a project which is not matching to skill set Less increment for new joinees ( which is obvious as they hire with good package and profile) Very short term projects, lack of stability Very short term onsite opportunities mostly with b1 visa Less work and no learning scope Unprofessional behavior by some DLs and staffing members
