I recently joined them 3 months back... overall Good work culture Parties, get together, company spending on employees on extra activities is not seen else where, i have worked in 6 companies earlier but these guys seems to be better among the lot CEO & COO does review with employees on how they feel 30 days after they join. Mine was recently done after 5 additional days Compensation wise I heard from many employees that its not only me who is paid decent.. lot of them get salary more than market value that's Y i think they have very less attrition rate.
