Pathetic onsite policies and unrealistic bonds, lower wages onsite. They say in a tone as if they are doing favor to the employee by providing onsite opportunities. No point taking onsite opportunities the India wage is far better and they policy is different for different individual it is all decided by top management nothing is standard. HR Team doesn't exists, no point in complaining them, it is all driven by the management. Pathetic Taxation Policies they have no tax benefits, no lta , no food coupans, no phone bills, etc which can save good amount of Tax. Infact they also tax the weekend reimbursements benefits just to avoid paper work Poor management you have to literally beg for appraisal interviews, yes you heard it right 'Appraisal Interview' and not the raise ! Poor middle management you cannot trust them, you have to ensure that your aspirations are reached to the top management. They are very biased to specific employees and you have to literally ask the management above them to make them work. Working hours are still okay but they do not understand your personal life if there is project work. No grooming of employees on soft skills, no training program. Everything is self learning, do google get things.

Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes. Growth and promotion paths can feel unclear. Occasional communication gaps between teams and stakeholders.
