They conduct meetings at 1-2 AM in the morning. 3. managers don't bother as well about these concerns of there employee. They are too afraid of there clients and don't have the guts to stand for there employees. 4. the tech stack of most projects is old school and outdated. so you will downgrade your CV and loose a few skills working here. 5. they won't even ask if you want to work in a shift and won't give a second option. 6. they will lie about project and work culture in the interview when asked.
