Getting salary with out delay as like as other companies.

Minpunten

Poor work life balance, I had work 10-11 hours daily. Project manger and lead always compare our self with other employees like you are not efficient/productive/ logic than 'x' person and degrade our self so we think that we didn't get any job on other company. Need to work multiple technologies under pressure with out mvc and with out allocating learning time. PM and lead not write or review the code.

Working here for a few years now, I have had a positive experience. What I love about working here is that communication is open, team members are helpful, and managers are approachable. I was able to grow professionally. Pros: Friendly colleagues Supportive leadership Good work culture Learning opportunities

I would say work can get busy during important deliveries, which is good rather than a 'cons'
