DIT is a great small company with opportunity for growth. Despite being predominately a Federal Contractor DIT still tries to put to use cutting edge technologies. Work atmosphere is fairly casual and very friendly. Family friendly and flexible for those that repay that flexibility with hard work. Leadership is open to suggestions and there is room for even the most junior resources to take an idea and run with it.
Minpunten
Most people at DIT are working hard on many things and that can, as some others have noted lead to a sink or swim dynamic. That said, there is help for those that need it... If you are sinking call for help, people will come.
