-My manager was very nice and helpful in the 3 weeks of my employment.

Minpunten

-Clarus Power hired an entire team of Founding Ambassadors to lay them all off 3 weeks later. -For the job, I had to message all my friends and family telling them I just started working for a solar company, in order to convince them to invest in the panels. But it was embarrassing that I told everyone I know that I worked for Clarus, since I was laid off very soon. This made me feel like the company really didn't consider its employees in its decisions. -I was not paid on time, and there was not a lot of transparency in the process.

With Clarus Power having a smaller team, there is a great amount of opportunity to work outside of what your position would entail, and branch out to learn other skills, and you work closely with the president & CEO on various tasks. Overall a great experience.

Minpunten

At times the currently fluid structure of the company can make organization and prioritization of tasks difficult, so it was important for me to constantly check in with my managers to maintain a good work direction.
