Classklap has a startup culture with potential, but the current Product Head is a significant drawback. She lacks an understanding of how a product team should function, primarily supporting the training team due to her background there. She often asks employees to work on Sundays and after regular hours, showing little empathy for her colleagues and expects to show her respect . Her leadership style is problematic—she’s a micromanager with an EGO, insisting on making all decisions herself, even in situations where others should have autonomy. She demands adherence to processes but fails to follow them herself, especially concerning vacation and leave policies. She does not support her team ,always finds a way to blame her team when the tension rises. Shows her true leadership skill ;p
