The students are fun to teach. You set your own schedule. It is easy to ask for time off. It pays $15 an hour once a month and the payroll is on time.

Minpunten

Once you are hired and sign a contract, the line of communication with your supervisors pretty much stops. No answers to the questions you email or send in the messages. Many times I will see teachers send a message asking the supervisor to please respond to their emails. You will get contacted if they think you missed a class or ended a class too soon. Some teachers never see students assigned to them after they are hired. The curriculum is SO BAD! It is pretty much powerpoints of children's books they have scanned. A lot of times pages will be missing from the story, or the text is too blurry/small to read. The phonics lessons are a joke.
