I’ve had the chance to learn cutting-edge technologies and work with Mac systems, which has been a big plus for my skill development. Amazing office environment with lots of events, trips and indoor and outdoor activity. Absolutely nothing. There are no pros to working here unless you enjoy being miserable and having your spirit crushed every single day. The only thing you will learn is how to spot a toxic company from a mile away so you never make this mistake again.

Where do I start? This company is a very bad place to work. The boss controls everything, and nobody else can make decisions. If you are thinking about a job here, please RUN away fast. The main problem is the CEO. It is very hard to talk to him. His instructions are not clear. He will say one thing, and then a minute later, he will say the opposite. This makes everyone confused about their work. By the way, Ajay(CEO) is a big fan of Elon Musk. So, he always tries to be Elon Musk—demanding, expecting everyone to have no life, and acting like he's changing the world. The only problem is he has none of the genius or the vision. He's just a bad imitation, and his employees are the ones who suffer for his ego trip. Because of this, you can work 12 or 13 hours a day, give your absolute best, be the top performer, and it still won't be enough. He will find a way to criticize you, belittle your work, and make you feel worthless. Work-Life Balance is a Complete Joke. The official timing of 10-7 is a fantasy. You will never leave on time. Leaving before 8:30-9 PM is considered a miracle. You are expected to dedicate your entire life to this company, with no appreciation in return. No Basic Facilities, No Respect. There is no pantry. No proper place to eat lunch, so people eat on the floor like it's some kind of joke. There's no work-from-home policy, no medical leave, nothing.
