Minpunten
After working at Zest Cary since the restaurant first opened, I can say their management is very poor when it comes to communication and training. They will not give you verbal or written feedback on your work performance before penalizing you for mistakes. Asking for ways to improve yielded no results as management refused to provide said feedback. Personal relationships between employees and management are a heavy driver when it comes to your position's priority to them. Furthermore, they have very poor management policies for navigating cases of harassment and violence between employees. Outside of work, another member of the staff harassed me repeatedly and when management found out weeks after the fact, and weeks after the resolution, they only enflamed the situation further. Additionally, I was punished for being on the receiving end of this harassment while the perpetrator is a favorite of management and receives preferential treatment.
