They say they promote from within but they always hire outside people so you can’t advance because they’ll have to replace you. You have to be friends with management to get ahead. They don’t tell you the incentive system only works if you aren’t moved around, it’s impossible to reach the incentive if you don’t stay in one area. There’s a lot of turnover and people don’t learn the names of new hires unless they’re around for at least a month. There’s no morale at all and they’re spread so thin with customer demand that employees can’t keep up. The machines constantly break down. This plant makes the most money but is the least updated. Anytime you can’t come in without prior approval it’s an unexcused absence, so if you’re sick you’re supposed know in advance to request it off.
