I've been a current employee at CleanNet USA for New Jersey since March 2017. So far it has been a wonderful experience. My typical day at work consists of excellent customer service, problem solving, and making sure both the customer and franchises are satisfied with the business. I love my job because it plays a major role in the company. CleanNet USA shows you that customer satisfaction is priority. What can I say about management ? They're awesome. They are behind you 100% for support as long as you're doing the right thing. If it wasn't for the help and advise I've received from management I wouldn't be where I am today. There is also growth in the company, so why not go the extra mile ? They teach you that hard work pays off. My favorite part about this job is being able to interact with franchise owners, and see where their comfort zone is, as well as seeing where they work best so you are able to assign them to the right account. I would recommend this job to anyone that is good with communicating with people and always looking to grow and build a business.
