Since the management transition, work-life balance has significantly declined. Workloads and expectations can often feel excessive, leading to burnout and high stress among employees. While team members are supportive, upper management could improve in terms of employee empathy, communication, reducing overly micromanaging working style and workload management. The previous management style provided a healthier and more sustainable working environment.
