There's no trust between senior management and the staff, or generally between the staff. There is a lot of politics to navigate and this limits both the enjoyment of the work and the success of the company. The hours are very long and it's relentless. There is no celebration of success, it's straight on to the next piece of work. The work is quite old school. Limited understanding of modern marketing, in particular digital or innovation.
