As a small business, most employees and contractors have the opportunity to work with global Fortune 500 clients around the world. There is a concerted effort by the leadership team to create a work/life balance through flexible working hours/locations. The global headquarters are located in Hoboken, NJ and are extremely convenient bus/train/car ride for anyone in NYC, NY, NJ, PA.

      Minpunten

      As a small company servicing a number of large customers can require a number of team members to work extended hours occasionally. The office space – which will be changing in the near future – isn't anything special.

      Pluspunten

      The can-do attitude and camaraderie of the team keep everyone going. The flexibility and work-life balance are phenomenal. Yes you work hard and often odd hours but you can do it on your terms. Lots of respect and empowerment from upper management.

      Minpunten

      It has been a challenging year for sales and the bottom line but things are really looking up for 2016.
