Barely offer help when asking for it and if they do it’s next to nothing. They choose favourites who will get more benefits like longer/ extra breaks and management won’t be on their backs when they aren’t doing their jobs properly as to those who they don’t favour as much. They choose a very patronising, get you down sort of method to push you further which in my experience and others I have spoken too is very overwhelming. If you’re not bowing down to management then they won’t treat you like a person. They’ll do one or two things for you and after that they’ll just completely toss you aside.
