So... can you fit?" Hiring for fit means that the company culture stays great - open communication, clear direction but enough freedom for you to get to where things need to go by any means that make sense to you. Best be ready to defend your decisions and have them picked apart, for sure, but they're being picked apart because other people are genuinely interested in making sure that the best decisions are being made, not because they want to have a pop at you.
