Work life balance. Dealing with rude, arrogant, nasty, loud, co workers daily that will spread rumors because 9/10 people that work here are extremely miserable outside of here. Swing shift, going from nights to days will make you question why you ever applied. They aren’t flexible. Have a family member that passed, flat tire, stuck in traffic in a snow storm? You get a point for being a minute late because things happenings don’t apply to people that work at cliffs unless you get special treatment. Working in the heat and in the freezing cold. Unsafe and nasty environment. Can’t leave for lunch. Stuck inside a building for 12 plus hours, and if your relief doesn’t show your stuck for another 8 so hope you have an understanding family. So many stipulations with holiday pay, can’t call off the day before or day after if you want your holiday pay. No paid time off besides vacation weeks or paid sick time you can accumulate. Just don’t work here and don’t listen to everyone that says apply because you’ll make so much money, if you want to live here and not have a life outside of here then you’ll make that money they are talking about.
