Pluspunten

Clever places a large emphasis on company values and core principles -- and actually lives them!! The company is a growing startup and definitely has "startup vibes" -- people are creative problem solvers and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Clever has done a great job hiring people that fit the "personality" of the company while still finding fantastic diversity, which is a hard balance to strike! Other perks: 18 days PTO, fully remote, cool people, great CEO

Minpunten

With startup culture comes some longer hours depending on your team and how you personally manage your workload. Currently, Clever does not offer 401k matching.

Really enjoyed the interviewing process along with getting hired on. Everyone at clever is great and you can tell they are extremely happy to be working for such a great company.
