Merci pour ton retour — et pour ta fidélité depuis plusieurs années ! Ravi que certains avantages comme la carte Swile soient appréciés. Concernant la prime d'été Syntec incluse dans le variable, c’est un point que nous savons parfois source d’incompréhension. Nous sommes en train de retravailler la lisibilité de notre politique de rémunération pour que ce soit plus clair et mieux perçu. Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager ton avis.
